Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 upon arrival of queens. If 24 hours have passed since your have received the queens, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

By purchasing our Nordic Gold Random Mated Queen, you agree to these terms and conditions. For any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds

Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements:

If a queen arrives dead or in poor health, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. This is subject to availability and may take up to 4 weeks for processing.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product.

Return Process:

Contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the queen to initiate a return. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the queen.

Customer service will provide instructions on how to return the queen if necessary.

Exclusions:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for queens that have been introduced into a colony and then removed.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for queens that die due to mishandling or improper introduction to a hive.
